LGBTQ

All human beings deserve to be treated equal, no matter who they are or who they love.

LGBTQ

Equality and acceptance

I recognize that members of the LGBTQ community face discrimination and micro-aggressions on a regular if not daily basis. I am here to provide affirmative and supportive care. Therapy must consider and include these cultural experiences as they relate to and intertwine with treatment goals and overall wellbeing.

Whether you are struggling with your sexuality, gender/gender identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, fulfilling societal norms, or maintaining relationships with family and loved ones I am here to support you with unconditional acceptance.

Worthy now. Not if. Not when. We are worthy of love and belonging now. Right this minute. As is- Brene Brown

APPROACH

Research & Understanding

As a therapist it is my highest aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore the challenges you face.

I approach trauma, anxiety and depression with treatment that incorporates the whole person mind, body and soul. I aim to understand the entire picture past and present. I am here to learn from your experiences and walk alongside you as you find healing.
